The way to send the CV is the biggest mistake you can make in order to be looking for a job or training position and send your CV without writing anything in the email !

So, you are wasting all your efforts in vain, because 99.99% of them will not see your CV and they will not open the email at all !

You must send the email professionally, and follow these steps :

  1. The first thing you need to do is write the subject that is the email address (you sent the email about what) , And this is in a simple word or sentence, for example, you are going to apply for a summer internship at Google (You write Google Summer Training)
  2. The first letter of each word in the subject must be capital, except for prepositions such as (in, on, at, from) and the indefinite and indefinite articles (a, an, the).

The difference between .Mr, .Ms, Miss and .Mrs :

If you don't know how to speak exactly, you use:

  • Or, Dear Sir (if a man)
  • Or, Dear Madam (if a lady)
  • Or, Greetings
